What We Collect

PowerTool processes website content, selected elements, prompts, settings, auth state, purchase email, entitlement status, and tool results when needed for user-invoked features.

Local Browser Storage

The extension stores settings, selected providers, UI preferences, saved edits, and entitlement state in Chrome extension storage on the user's device.

AI Features

When a user runs an AI feature, PowerTool may send the prompt and relevant page context to the selected AI provider. Users should not submit sensitive content unless they have rights and permission to process it.

Payments and Entitlements

Paddle processes payment details. Supabase and PowerTool entitlement services process sign-in, purchase email, subscription status, AI credits, and Pro access checks.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Information received from Google APIs is used only for user-facing PowerTool features and complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to provide user-requested features, payments, authentication, entitlement verification, support, and security.

User Choices

Users can disable AI features, remove stored extension data, revoke browser permissions, sign out, cancel subscriptions, or contact support for privacy requests.
